Excerpts from "Ode on Melancholy" by John Keats.
No, got not to Lethe.
Neither twist.
Wolfsbane, tight-rooted.
For your poisonous wine.
From shade to shade,
From Prosperpine.
Make not your rosary of yew berries.
Nor let the beetle, nor the death moth be.
Your mournful psyche, nor the down owl.
A partner in your sorrow's mysteries.
For shade to shade comes too drowsily.
And drowns the anguish of the soul.

Venusians

Bearer of light.
Suffering Dawn.
Carrion prayer.
Morning Star comes.
Ballast and urn.
Augur on high.
Catalyst burns.
Lay with them and know
Flesh from bliss and scorn.
Solve/Coagula.
To know the weakness is to know the blood.

The Hunter
03:48
|

High priestess
Sweet sinew sings
An infernal
Hailing hymnal hex
Lamenting
The far forlorn fleece
Of the Hunter's
Arch Autumn arms.
Oh waning Dawn, reluctant mirth
Take this wreath of pelt and husk.
Oh waning Dawn, reluctant mirth
Reconcile this nocturnal lux.
Oh waning Dawn, reluctant mirth
Your firmament of truncheon and bow.
Oh waning Dawn, reluctant mirth
We forever reap what we sow.
